Transoperative Hemodynamic Status and Delayed Graft Function: Analysis of 42 Consecutive Renal Transplantation

چکیده
Objective: Evaluate the correlation between transoperative hemodynamic status and development of delayed graft function (DGF) in patients undergoing kidney transplantation. Methods: We analyzed 42 consecutive renal transplants May 2021 2022 a University Hospital. Four kinds variables were assessed. Recipients variables: age, gender, race, type dialysis, dialysis time before transplantation residual diuresis. Donor serum creatinine level, death cause, laterality (right or left kidney), perfusion solution Kidney Profile Index (KDPI). Surgical cold Ischemia (CIT), vascular multiplicity, surgeon, duration surgery blood pressure during procedure. Immunological Panel reactive antibodies (PRA), HLA mismatches need induction therapy with antithymocyte globulin. Results: In univariate analysis, regarding recipients’ factors, (hemodyalisis) (p=0.004) absence diuresis (p=0.011) significant on DGF. Among donors, only kidney) was statiscally (p=0.005). The ischemia higher than 24 hours (p=0.022), systolic (SBP) less 130 mmHg at reperfusion (p<0.001), Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) 80 mean MAP post-reperfusion (p=0.049) surgical factors for immunological that received globulin as more frequently developed DGF (p=0.036). Only < SBP 130m (p=0.005) independent risk Conclusion: this survey, optimal perfusion, avoiding fall period, especially after reperfusion, is crucial immediate functioning

Dialysis modality and delayed graft function after cadaveric renal transplantation.
The purpose of this investigation was to compare outcomes in the immediate posttransplant period for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal (PD) dialysis patients who received cadaveric renal transplantation. Data were obtained from the United Network of Organ Sharing on all cadaveric graft recipients who were dialysis-dependent at the time of transplantation between April 1994 and December 1995. Bas...

OBJECTIVES To define the risk factors for delayed graft function and study the impact of such delays on renal function and long-term allograft survival in renal transplant recipients. DESIGN Single-centre retrospective study. SETTING Regional hospital, Hong Kong. PATIENTS Records of 118 Chinese renal transplant recipients from 1 July 1997 to 31 July 2005 were reviewed, and categorised int...
متن کاملPredictive Values of Urinary Interleukin 18 and Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin for Delayed Graft Function Diagnosis in Kidney Transplantation
Background: Delayed graft function is a main complication after deceased donor kidney transplantation that adversely affects graft outcome. Difficulties in prediction and early detection of delayed graft function have hindered the ability to perform proper therapeutic interventions. We investigated whether measuring urinary interleukin 18 and neutrophi...
متن کاملRisk factors and long-term outcomes of delayed graft function in deceased donor renal transplantation
PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for delayed graft function (DGF) and determine its impact on the outcomes of deceased donor (DD) kidney transplantation (KT). METHODS Between January 2000 and December 2011, we performed 195 DD renal transplants. After the exclusion of primary nonfunctional grafts (n = 4), the study recipients were divided into two groups-group...
متن کاملPerioperative blood pressure control, delayed graft function, and acute rejection after renal transplantation.
BACKGROUND Blood pressure (BP) control immediately after renal transplantation is poorly understood, with patients experiencing both high and low BP levels. Donor kidneys lack the ability to autoregulate their blood flow, meaning high pressures are directly translated to the graft endothelium, whereas reduced perfusion may augment ischemic injury. We hypothesize that early BP control may theref...
